Craft Club Update

Now in its second year, the Craft Club is looking to make an impact on the community once more. Last year’s fundraising effort was a huge success. We exceeded the goal we had set for ourselves and donated 100% of our proceeds to Indiana Make-A-Wish Foundation. This year the Brethren of the Craft Club have decided to double our fundraising goal as well as the charities we will be donating to.

Parkers Place Foundation is the first charity we elected to support. They support parents who have experienced the tragic loss of a child. Unfortunately, this subject has hit home here at Broad Ripple and that is why we believe this cause to be well worth our efforts and endeavors.

This year the Craft Club decided to support our community schools as well. We know that the leaders of tomorrow are the youth of today and we are happy to support them in any way we can. Spreading Masonic Light for a brighter future!

Charitable giving is not the only purpose of the Craft Club. We also support our Lodge where ever we may be needed. If you stop by on the third Thursday of the month you may find us assisting our Craft Director, Michael DeWitt, with ritual practice or helping with memory work.

Interested in knowing more? Want to be united with us in our great and good work? The Craft Club meets the third Thursday of every month at 6:30 p.m. We would love to see you there!

I came to Masonry as a way to meet some new friends. But in a short time, my new Brothers and the Lodge became a very important part of my life. The men I admire the most are my Masonic Brothers.

Why I Became a Worshipful Master

Why I Became a Worshipful Master

I joined a Masonic lodge to make new friends. In this day and age it can be difficult to develop constant predictable relationships with other people. In my life it seemed like every time I made a friend they ended up moving away, I lost interest or they were just too...

Between the baked potatoes, chili, and appetizers we had options for everyone to enjoy great food and fellowship. The chili was, of course, the star of the day with a wide spread of bubbling pots!
