Annual Fall Festival

Greetings Brethren,

Autumn is easily my favorite time of the year.  The days have cooled down, the leaves have turned, and the world is busy preparing herself for winter.  There’s something magical about the clear brisk days, the first smell of the woodstove or the fireplace, the first frost, the sounds of the Canadian geese overhead as they pass through on their way south, the canning of the late fruits and vegetables, the pumpkin and cider stands on the roadways. As the night’s grow longer with each passing day the brothers of Broad Ripple Lodge prepare themselves for our annual Fall Festival to commemorate this seasonal change.cornucopia

Like last year, we invite all friends and family out in their scariest halloween costume they can conjure.  If you are bringing a friend interested to see what Broad Ripple Freemasonry is all about, remind them that humor is held as an excellent judge of character here, so buckle up those pirate boots, or put on that ghoulish mask and welcome them to join our fellowship.  The most creative costume will win a sweet treat!

Entertainment provided for all ages including pumpkin bowling & carving, bone scavenger hunt, and ghoulish puzzles. Seasonal side dishes and cider will be served by our craftsmen of the knife & fork but please feel free to bring a tasty dessert for all to share.  Where better to spend this October 27th than in the haunted halls of this Masonic Lodge we call home?!

Fraternally,

SW Benjamin Fuhr

Broad Ripple Lodge taught me how quickly men can become close friends, and form lifelong bonds. I feel I’ve known many of my fellow masons for a much longer time than I have actually been involved.

I came to Masonry as a way to meet some new friends. But in a short time, my new Brothers and the Lodge became a very important part of my life. The men I admire the most are my Masonic Brothers.

Why I Became a Worshipful Master

Why I Became a Worshipful Master

I joined a Masonic lodge to make new friends. In this day and age it can be difficult to develop constant predictable relationships with other people. In my life it seemed like every time I made a friend they ended up moving away, I lost interest or they were just too...

Master’s Welcome to 2022

I want to welcome you to our website. I became a member of this lodge in an effort to connect with decent people. You will find good fellowship in our lodge.  –WM Ross

Between the baked potatoes, chili, and appetizers we had options for everyone to enjoy great food and fellowship. The chili was, of course, the star of the day with a wide spread of bubbling pots!
